Summertime

Summertime makes me sad. Why? Becuase I have nothing to do. I can't get a job. My friends rarely wanna hang out, and my boyfriend lives like an hour away. I generaly occupy my time playing TS3 and reading various webcomics. Hey. What would happen if ya blew something up in outter space? Since it's a vaccum, there isn't really an explosion, is there? I think Nasa should blow some shit up in space juss for kicks. And then call it research. Technically it'd be research. Really super fun awesome kick ass research!

I love Frou Frou. It keeps me alive, like cheese tacos and chocolate milk. I'm so baddass that I hate to wait three hours for my illegal download to finish cooking. It's cuz I don't want viruses. I guess I'm just a tightass like that. I don't even know what the word tight ass means. Oh wait. It's 3 hours, 7 minuts, and 30 seconds. And yes, I'm aware that minutes is spelt wrong. I bet none of this makes much sense to anybody. I never know how to explain things in a way so that other people will understand what I'm talking about. Ever gotten an odd look from a person who didn't know what the fuck you were talking about? And then you feel like the idiot, even though they're actually the one who should be on the recieving end of that look, cuz they don't know what the fuck you're talking about? I get those looks alot. The effect lessens after you've gotten that look so many times. And then you learn to just shut up after a while. It's basicly pointless to try to explain it any further to the person. They're obviously a dumbass and a waste of space if they lack the amount of caring to try to understand what you're saying. That odd look can just go to heck. Along with some other people and things. The list shall be officially written up later. If you have somthing you wish to add to the list, please fill out the proper form, and mail it to three different people in three different places and hope that you sent it to the write three people. Or you can take the easy way out and just e-mail it in. If you have no clue what I'm talking about, then feel free to locate the nearest exit, cuz we don't want your idiotness here. This totaly makes no sense. I guess that's what ya get when trying to understand what goes on in the mind of a space case. Also known as a spaz.

OH MAN GUYS

Have you ever found a site that you loved to much that you like had a spaz attack? Maybe it's just me that does that.... Well, I found this forum, and it looked rather interesting, so I posted. I didn't really expect anyone to reply for at least a week or so. I kinda expected that I'd get ignored again. But then I log on after coming home from a baseball game, and there were tons of replies to my two posts!!! I was completely taken aback. Never had I seen so many replies in one day o_O Twas amazing. Needless to say, I totaly spazzed out, and then replied ^_^ I LOVE THIS NEW FORUM!!!!

On The Move

Have you ever noticed that you may log onto a site when you first access the internet on a particular day, but a few hours later, or even a few minutes later, you've navigated away from the site you were on to any other number of sites? I personally do this sort of thing all the time. I'll be reading some manga scans, but then I'll get bored, so I head over to Youtube. And then I might wind up at Wikipedia, or the Urban Dictionary. And then I might check my e-mail while logging into Facebook. And before I actually read any of my e-mail, I'll have managed to log onto a forum, and start reading posts. And while doing all of this, I will have completely forgotten why I first gotten onto the internet today in the first place. I don't think I'm the only one that does this, but am I? I'll navigate through at least 50 or more websites a day, without even thinking about it. I can never stay in one place for too long, or I'll get bored. Maybe this can be attributed to the fact that I am a Gemini. Constantly on the move. But does everyone do this? I've never really thought about it before. Well then, I'm off to Facebook for now. And maybe then I'll have some lunch, though it may be 2 hours past lunchtime...

Search Engines Arn't Always of Great Help...

Although, Google does a wonderful job of digging up nearly every website related to the topic entered, sometimes they're not very helpful. It takes quite a while sometimes to find the right website. And say you're searching for something in a different language. Google can help you there. I recently searched for GZ65N OPTICAL MASTER in Google, and I found a few websites, but the most useful ones were in Japanese. No need for me to worry, Google has the option to translate the website. Needless to say, this feature can be extremely helpful. The only problem was the topic of my search. The GZ65N OPTICAL MASTER is a model gun from the anime entitled Solty Rei. I could only track down one site that sells this replica firearm, but they don't ship out of the country. I was very dissappointed to learn that I would not be able to purchase this replica without actually traveling to Japan, but I did learn that Google has the ability to translate webpages. I'll probably utilize this feature as much as possible ^_^ Kudos to Google for being the most rockin' awesome search engine on the web!

Project Upstream

Anybody heard of it? The first time you run into it, you'll be extremely confused. The community themissinghat on livejournal has a short FAQ that explains the phenomenon, but it can still be very confusing. Project Upstream is basicly a bot that randomly selects two AIM users, and connects them with an IM. The bot choses these users from those who have recently updated their livejournal, deviantart, or a few other websites. There may be a bot that connects users via MSN or other instant messaging provider, but the only one I know of that it uses is AIM. Most people call the Project Upstream bot the salmonbot. Apparently there used to be a hatbot and tacobot, but those two seem to have ceased to exist. It is possible that you will never run into this bot at anytime in your life, no matter how much you update your livejournal and such. But if you wish to be connected to another user randomly, you can go to the following website and enter you AIM user name in order to recieve a random IM from the bot, thus connecting you to another AIM user:

http://project-upstream.awardspace.com/

When you submit your username, the bot will choose another user to connect you with, and then send both of you an IM. The first post in the IM will be a randomly chosen entry posted by the bot, but it will appear as if the other person involed in the IM has sent it to you. They will recieve the same IM, and it will appear as if you sent it to them. You will see not their actual screen name, but a randomly generated sn containing the word "salmon". The other user will also see a randomly generated sn with "salmon" in it, and it may or may not be the same as the one you see. Chances are that they've never run into this bot before, and they will be very confused. You can either confuse the heck out of them even more, strike up a conversation, or you can explain the bot to them. I myself have never run into the bot without submiting my screen name. I find it to be great fun to use this bot. But some people may be annoyed by it, or may make for quite boring converation. The few conversations I have had by using the bot have been quite interesting. I reccomend trying out the bot sometime. You never know what might happen...

Why must people be so uptight?

I mean seriously. Who cares if theres pickles on your burger when you ordered plain? Just scrape em' off an you'll be fine. Don't get your panties in a wad for Pete's sake. Btw, who the heck is this Pete guy everyone always talks about? I don't think anybody really knows... Anyways, people should be more laidback. Like those uptight jerks who get all angry just cuz you spelled somthing wrong on some forum. Who really cares? Just get over it. I think ima get a shirt with the words "Get over it." on the front. Someof my friends can be pretty uptight sometimes, and I'm pretty sick of having to deal with their whining...
